Come and play Tuesday through Sunday. Please keep in mind that for safety reasons, you must be 16+. Prior to arrival, we strongly recommend registering online. This will ensure quick and easy entry. You can register your canine, upload vaccine records, and sign a liability waiver. If you do not sign up using our online portal, please bring copies of your canine’s vaccine records with you. Our staff will help you register, scan in your vaccine records, and sign our liability waiver. Upon arrival, simply check in at the front desk. The final step involves your dog passing our quick behavior assessment. After that, you will be able to purchase any of our passes offered. Let the fun begin!
Rules for the hounds
- Registered in our system. - Up-to-date on Vaccinations: - Proof of vaccinations: Rabies, Canine Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella) - Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and fully vaccinated for DHPP and Bordetella (Note that puppies less than five months old will need to receive their rabies vaccine by five months of age to continue coming to Canine Social Club) - Spayed or Neutered (if over 6 months of age). - Free from fleas & ticks. - Must wear a flat quick-release collar (no prong, pinch, electric, chain, or choke collars). - Canine & Human friendly. - On leash when entering and exiting our facilities. - Bullying, cornering, fighting, excessive snarling, mounting, biting, or excessive barking means it’s time to head home. A park Rufferee may ask you to leave.
Rules for the humans
- Two canines maximum per person. - No outside food or drinks, glass containers, toys, or treats. - No smoking or vaping on the property. - When entering and exiting, only open one gate at a time. Be careful not to allow other dogs or people to enter or exit with you. - You are solely responsible for your canines while on the premises. While our Rufferees are trained to help supervise, you are responsible for watching your canine, cleaning up after your canine, and ensuring they do not cause damage to the other canines, humans or the property. - If your dog shows any signs of aggression, they must be leashed and immediately removed from the park - In accordance with Cedar Rapids ordinance, if your canine is barking excessively, we will ask you to leash your canine and take them inside or head home. We want to be good neighbors to the surrounding businesses! - You are responsible if your canine causes any damage or harm to another person or their property. - You cannot leave your canine unattended, and you cannot leave the property without your canine. - Humans must retain possession of their canines’ leashes and personal belongings. Canine Social Club is not responsible for lost items. - By entering the park, you permit our Humans to redirect any inappropriate canine behavior, including handling your canine and breaking up any scuffles that may occur. - Canine Social Club staff and management have the right to refuse service to any Canine or Human for any reason. Canine Social Club is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises.
